Last year,I visited Seattle,Washington.My plane took off from the Osaka airport in the evening and arrived at the Seattle airport in the morning on the same day! That is because of the change in time zones.The airport is a little south of Seattle,so I took a bus to the city center.I stayed at a very nice hotel. It had a swimming pool on top of it. I love swimming,and it was nice to swim before I went out every morning.
Seattle is a port city.My hotel was close to the water,so I could see many ships and boats. There were ferries carrying people and cars,and lots of sailboats too. I had a good time walking around the city looking at the buildings and watching the people. Seattle has many good restaurants, and of course their coffee shops are famous around the world.
The best part of my trip was going to a Seattle Mriners' night game.I am a big fan of lchiro Suzuki and I had fun cheering for the Mariners. I was very happy that they won their game that night.
